Description of the incident: So, forgive me as this may be a touch long winded. To begin, I had become a D-Class and asked for a work permit. GSD Captain Bob 'Irishpotato' gave me one to work as a Cadet within GSD. Originally, I was given a Cadet uniform and an M9. I had asked Bob if I could be given a rifle. Bob cleared this with SA, and SA Malcolm Hale gave me permission to have a rifle. Sometime after, an ECM had apparently been unhappy with this, and tried to accuse bob of High Treason for arming a D-Class. This is despite the fact that my D-Class character is a known and trusted D-Class amongst both SA and EC from previous work permit experience. Bob and I went to ISD and discussed the issue with Commissioner Simon Black (Forgive me if that's the wrong name). The Commissioner confirmed I was allowed the weapon and returned it to me, and I returned to D-Block. Ethics Chairmen Terry Anderson then approached me disguised as a Cartographer and demanded I lower my weapon. My weapon was clearly on safety the entire time, and I made sure to state this too. After asking why I should put my weapon away as I was a Cadet within D-Block, IE LTCOM 'Orion' then opened fire on me until I was dead. Seeing as there was no valid RP reason for this, I made a staff ticket for RDM. The staff member I spoke to advised it was a valid kill as the LTCOM was ordered to kill me by a superior. This was when it was revealed to me that the Carto was the Ethics Chairman in disguise. I made it clear I disagree with this, as even if it was ordered by a higher ranked person, they still had no valid RP reason to terminate me. The staff member handled this as best they could imo, but needless to say, I disagree that this is an IC issue as there is literally no way for me in this situation as a D-Class to deal with this IC without breaking NLR.
Thus my point is this; Terry Anderson did not at any point identify to me that he was the Ethics Chairman. As far as I was aware, this was a Carto ordering me to put my gun away. As I was on a work permit for GSD as a cadet, I am acting as a cadet. A Carto does not have seniority over a Cadet within D-Block, at least not to the point they can demand GSD to unarm themselves. At no point did I make any hostile moves, not even when fired upon, and at no point was I advised as to why I was being asked to put my weapon down and there was no attempt to detain me. As far as I am aware, the Ethics Chairman cannot just order the termination of a D-Class, or any site personnel, just because he feels like it. At the very least in my opinion, this was clearly RDM and if that cannot be applied to the LTCOM as he was following orders, it should be applied to the Ethics Chairman for not having a valid RP reason to have me terminated.
