Description of the incident: Due to recieving some intel about an E-11, A1 and I made a plan to capture her. During this, 'Sanguine' broke FearRP which was handled by staff member Oculus. HMod Mediator was involved, however was taking sits at the time and was told the situation was being refunded but they would PAUSE it until Mediator was out of his sits. We were preparing for the refund finally less than 10 minutes later, to which 'Sanguine' stated she had been told it was paused but took it as VOIDED (She said this to the HMod, Mediator). So Mediator respected her and decided to not go about the refund.
No more than 10 minutes after this information was revealed, I was taken by Ethics because 'Sanguine' had decided she no longer wanted to void the RP and had reported the attempted kidnapping.

A1 respected her misinterpretation and allowed her to ocntinue to void the RP, but she instead decided to no longer void it, only the refund and therefore continued the RP.

You can ask SMod Oculus and HMod Mediator about the confusion regarding the 'voided' part of the RP.

Hello, my side of the story:
When I was pulled into the sit with Oculus, we went over the footage and I argued FearRP was not valid because we had a CM posted outside of the door who can be seen and who then responded.

HOWEVER, I will not argue this charge. If SL/SSL has found I have broken FearRP despite my explanation to Oculus (who did not give me a FearRP charge, neither did Mediator), I will gladly take it onto my record without contesting it.

What happened after is the issue. Due to miscommunication and me not getting a FearRP warn, I assumed that we will continue the RP and that the situation happened, hence the sit was voided, Mediator PM'd me in game and I responded




At this rate, I have been operating as if the RP goes on AND we played it as it went on. No one complained, that is until Kayla (As OSA Rebecca Arlen) got pulled into this again (although not as she currently was when she died, we played that off as some other OSA)




By this point, Archetype had asked Tay (Superadmin) what goes on during this scenario and Tay replied saying its not getting refunded as per this image:

Thats all I have to say and thats all the evidence from the chats. I am not here to argue my case or Tay's case. I will leave the decision up to whoever processes this complaint.

Just to comment on that point for the staff that sees this sake, no one knew the RP was progressing as far as it did and believed it to be voided, hence nothing more being said until I was brought in.

The Player Report section is to report rulebreaks when no staff are on to deal with the issue. If you disagree with how the sit went, then it goes to the Staff Complaint section to be reviewed by higher staff and to determine if it needs to be altered.

Based on the above, no action will be taken regarding your complaint.
