Description of the incident: CI kidnapped a GOC, GOC made a former deal with CI to sell them for 50k, CI ignored that this time ( which by itself isn't NITRP ) but then just kept spamming " 200k " or " 150k final offer " every time GOC attempted to do roleplay with him. I believe this constitutes No Intention to Roleplay which harms player's faith in that doing roleplay is actually worth it considering you have a CL4 of the largest regiment on the server refusing to do any roleplay.
