Description of the incident: From the very begining: A1 LCPL was gunpointing Nu7 JUGG that was exposed to O1 infoleak, i ask the A1 to show them theirs ID as 914 was called not so long time ago they have delayed it by saying i showed it to another captain etc. and by doing so they broke the FLC so i detained them which lead to OSA shooting me as he failed E11 killed the OSA and went away. After that i try to PT the A1 as IC they are GSD, they have refused so i took them to ISDW. In the mean time the O1 infoleak was voided. The ISD relesed A1 after which a 20min argument followed in which then i was told that there was an already voided infoleak and thats why they have broke the FLC. It was late so i went off gmod. As i got on day after (at the day of posting this complaint) i have brought it up with the DoISD in which he also used the same arguemnt that there was an infoleak and the A1 was trying to do his job and thats why he has delyaed it breaking the FLC. As the infoleak was voided and i wanted to bring it further to get the A1 arrested so i go to the ECW where 3 assistants while 1 was taking a look at the footage that i brought up to them i got into a convestation with the other one where he tells me that maybe he had a valid reason, and brough up that im a jr cl4 and that they cant tell me everything and implementing that A1 are above the FLC and if i should maybe go speak with the F3 or his COs about it. Then the assistant that i was originaly speaking with reviewed the footage so the talk got cut off. The assistant has said he would go try to resovle it. As he went of i went off to do GSD things and then wondered if im wrong and there could be a reason to break the FLC as assistant told me so, i go ask another assistant if it can be for whatever reason he tells me that FLC should be followed always. So i go ask the ECM about it as 2 diffrent ECAs have 2 diffrent opinions so i ask him the same question can there be a reason to break the FLC he says no and somewhat i bring the sitatuion up that started it all. He tells me to go to the DoISD and tell him that the LCPL indeed broke the FLC and should be arrested. When im on my way, i met the commisioner that orginally let the A1 go, he grabs the ECM and tells him about the infoleak (the same one that was voided). Then ECM tells me to knock it off or something with this meaning. So i go to ECW and call ECC to complain about him that he said that FLC should be followed at all times and now he is telling me to knock it off. Then the commisioner comes by and tells the ECM that is arguing with me that me detaining the A1 lead to OSA being killed. Then the ECM starts asking me So you would let the assistant die than detain the IPD? and then i made a comment that was to implement that i didnt know that the assistant would die at the time. I tell him Why didnt yo invest in bitcoin in 2009 while you knew it would go up later? while i was writing that in chat he said that the OSA would abviously die without an escort so i then add to my message that he is implementining that assistants cant walk by themselfs 10m without an escort. When i send the message in chat he ordered the O1 to kill me.

Thanks for taking the time to make a player report.

After assessing all the information available to me which involves your testimony and video, Godman's side of this, and receiving the opinions of other staff members I've come to the verdict that there have been no rules broken in this situation.

While killing you was the extreme end of IC action it's not out of character for a member of the Ethics Committee to do this, especially with no non-ethics witnesses around. In your video, you admitted to getting an OSA killed and in-character showed no remorse for it and kept on trying to escalate the situation which was perceived as a possible start to an AO war as O1 are involved with ISD.

A bullet was chosen over in-character discharge via class E as there was worry of a panic button being pressed which would have escalated the situation further.

The situation also spanning over 2 days involving a voided infoleak I won't take any action on, as Godman wasn't aware of it due to not being involved with the infoleak the day before.

It's worth noting as well that Ethics do assassinate POIs that they perceive as a threat to the mission statement. With all the information available to me and the RP buildup to this I hold the reasonable belief that your actions could have been seen as a threat to the mission statement, especially as a CL4 member of personnel.

This isn't to say however that Ethics are allowed to kill anyone they don't like. As stated, it was the extreme end of IC action and isn't the norm for sitations like this.
