Description of the incident: Basically, he cuffed someone after they got revived, i am not entirely sure if its a rule break or not, but it seems to be against the spirit of the kidnapping rule hence my report to clarify.

Thanks for taking the time to make a player report.

There is no rule against cuffing members of your own faction after reviving them. You may be confusing this with the revive kidnapping rules on separate factions.​
