there may be some overlap, my clips are a mess, as there was a breech and like nearly 30mins worth of shenanigans i clipped.

Hi @Ratman99,

Thanks for taking the time to make a player report.

This report has been partially accepted due to the fact that the FailRP part of releasing D-Class isn't valid, due to the clip only showing him taking out a cuffed D-Class outside of D-Block, which could be handled in-character with Internal Security.
Regarding the RDA part, this rule would only applies for arrests and not detainments, thus being denied.
However, I have accepted this report for RDM due to him killing the Omega-1 Private for no reason.

The player has been banned for 6 hours for RDM.​
