Description of the incident: Was brought to a sit and warned for FearRP after myself and another Deep Cover killed 3 E-11 in HCZ.
The following rule was referenced:
FearRP; "• When you are unarmed and at gunpoint, no matter the number of aggressors."
I spoke to a few other people and taking into account the situation itself, it was two DCs VS 3 E-11, with only one of them having their gun out. As a result, I believe that its plausible for one not to fear for their life in this situation, especially considering combat started on both ends of the room at almost exactly the same time.
**This isn't necessarily a report on the staff member** but moreso me asking for the warn to be removed (I couldn't find anywhere else to post this)
