What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number): I am applying for O5-4, even though I do not have a specific number to look for inside the Council. I am applying for the chosen role, due to me wanting to give my opinion and go through my choices on terms of changing the Foundation.
The Foundation at this time is quite chaotic, and the current Overseers do not give much orders to Overseer Assistants, as they do not go and make sure that they know about everything that is going on inside the Foundation.
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?: I do say I am not the pitch perfect Candidate, but I am a good candidate for me having previous Leadership Experience in Commanding Captains, writing Documents and re-newing different forms and documents.
I always want to make sure everything is running organised and without any issues.
I always thrive for making big changes, which of course need to start from Smaller changes. I pay a lot of attention, due to me wanting to change the Foundation to the best of having no higher ranks inside any Department, and if any Lower Ranks do break Code of Ethics/Code of Conduct I would let higher ranks clear it, unless the Overseers are very much needed for it, if no Overseer Assistants cannot help out on the Situation either.
I can always keep my composure and remain professional, unless the personnel I am talking to does not want to hear the reason for my actions I.e: Arresting them or questioning themWhat are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?: The Responsibilities for the O5 Council is to make sure the Foundation is running as smooth and well as possible, while staying unknown at all times by getting assisted with Assistants and the Alpha - 1 Mobile Task Force.
The Overseers are there to make sure that everyone who is in the higher ranks of the Departments are there for a reason - to keep their Department running actively without any problems.
They are there to ensure that Site Director/Advisor are doing their job, due to them being the closest contact, they must communicate with the Overseers to ensure they are running the Foundation correctly and at its best.
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
The O5 Council [Overseers] make sure to decide if an application for Director of Research | Director of Internal Affairs [ Jointly Decided with Ethics Committee] | Director of Intelligence | Chief of Security | Overseer Assistant | Site Director/Advisor gets Accepted or Denied.

Rasmus "Renolk" Taldrik was born in the South-Eastern side of Estonia - Tartu, where he went to school in "Miina Härma Gümnaasium" in which he graduated in 2006.
He went over to the Estonian Defense Forces, where he learned his basic training and got his CE Category [Semi-Truck with Trailer] Category License, including their Medical Training.
While he reached the rank of Kapral [Corporal] he went to the Military Police, in which he ranged from a new Trainee to an Acting Officer at the rank of Nooremveebel "Second Lieutenant".
Upon reaching the rank of Kolonelleitnant [Lieutenant Colonel], at which he led the Military Police for 2 Years, he transferred to the Reserve Forces.
He left his Military Career behind after 10 Years in the Military.
After leaving the Estonian Defense Forces he found the SCP Wikidot Website, where he made an account and started studying the SCPs.
Approximately 2 Years later, in 2018 Rasmus "Renolk" Taldrik was sent an E-Mail with an Application to join Site-19, in which he had to move to America after being accepted. After working at Site-19 for 3 Months, he transferred over to Site-65.
The First Job Rasmus "Renolk" Taldrik was assigned was as a Chef, to make D-Class Food and clean the Toilets of Personnel Wing, in which later he joined the MTF [Mobile Task Force] called "Nu-7 Hammer Down" where he received the rank of "Lance Corporal" after a Month.
After approximately a month inside "Nu-7 Hammer Down" he resigned, and went to become a Private in E-11, as well as a Captain in GENSEC.Shortly after becoming a Captain, "Renolk" decided to mask his real name - Rasmus "Renolk" Aeschylion.
Due to him knowing the dangers of information leakage inside the Foundation.
Shortly after changing his name, he became an █████ Assistant, in order to try and help out the Foundation as much as he could, by getting orders from ██ as well as ██.

P.S: I do understand that I have not been an Overseer Assistant for the longest part, but I do feel like an Overseer Assistant would have alot to do under my commanding, and I could go and help out with the Document work needed for A-1 and anyone that needs them.
