How many hours can you be on everyday: 4-6 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I haven't had experience with Gmod, but I do have extensive experience on Roblox, where I’ve been a staff member. My role on these servers involved DarkRP management. I handled exploiters, RDM reports, and other standard DarkRP responsibilities.
I was also part of military related groups on Roblox, where I worked in administration, managing both staff and personnel. I handled ticket reports, various other tasks, and was also responsible for training new staff members.
These roles were from when I was younger, but I’ve since moved on from those communities. They were large and active, often with 200–300 players online at a time, sometimes even more.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One achievement I'm particularly proud of in Civil Networks is reaching the rank of Delcom it was the peak of my career on the US server. I had worked tirelessly for months to earn the position and had been denied the opportunity for quite some time, so finally achieving it was incredibly rewarding obtaining it again on the UK server was also very rewarding.
Another highlight for me was joining E11 and progressing through the ranks. It was something I personally enjoyed and found fulfilling.
That’s about it for the milestones I’m most proud of.
Why would you like to become a staff member: The reason I want to become a staff member is that I have a lot of free time and would like to apply the skills and experience I’ve gained from Roblox to Gmod, while also expanding my involvement in new communities. I also really like the staff here they’re much nicer than what I’ve seen elsewhere, and I genuinely admire that, which inspired me to apply.
However, the main reason I'm applying is to learn new things and gain experience in a different area of moderation. I've also noticed a lack of staff presence during early mornings, and I’d like to help during those times. I’m reliable, patient, and able to remain calm in high pressure situations, so I believe I’d be a great fit if I were accepted.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would hop on during early morning where moderation is very low or close to none, and help others and new players with a guiding hand during these times I'm GMT+5 so it would make it really easy for me to do so and help others in need.
