Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: My first warning was RDM on July 16th 2026 when i was still new to the game and learning the rules. I killed a d class without valid reason.
My second and last warning was FailRP on 21st August 2026, it was a late night with barely any admins on, me and a group of people printed cringe documents and spread them around the site. I really regret doing it and it was not worth it for the fun of it. I promised myself id never do anything like this even for the fun since it can ruin my chances in applications.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Around 0.5 - 9 hours per day, depends now since High school is starting il be less on the site.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes. Ive been one of the highest staff rank in a Roblox hangout game that had around 2k+ members on discord and atleast 50-70 players on the game per day. In weekend there would be even more, around 150+. Ive worked there for around 2-3 years before i resigned due to my mental health, the game also died soon after and the community also left aswell. I was the second highest staff member so I took care of a lot of things in the game, including tickets, exploiters, raidings, interviewing people that wanted to become staff.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game:
Ive been really proud of becoming a Captain in GSD, and I still am. It gave me more confidence and motivation to continue leading GSD at a higher level. I always try to improve GSD as much as I can while keeping things professional without being unnecessarily strict.
Why would you like to become a staff member: Id like to become a staff member because I want to help keep the server healthy, enjoyable, and fair for everyone. During my almost four months of playing, Ive made some great friends and had amazing RP experiences across the site, which has made me want to give something back to the community.
I know that Im not perfect and that Ive made mistakes in the past, but Ive always tried to learn from them and become more careful moving forward. I believe being staff would also give me the opportunity to continue learning the rules and understanding them on a deeper level.
Id especially like to help players through tickets, whether they need information, assistance with a situation, or help dealing with rule violations. I am willing to deal with situations even when they take time or become difficult, and I would try my best to remain patient and professional throughout them.
Overall, I also want to improve my understanding of the rules and learn from any mistakes I make. If I become staff, Ill try my best to be fair, professional, and not unnecessarily strict.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I feel that the current staff team is doing a great job overall and I havent had many bad experiences with them since they are all nice and professional. One thing that could possibly be improved is the speed at which tickets are handled, but aside from that, I dont think the moderation team needs any major improvements.
