Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received two bans and two warnings, but I haven't received a ban or a kick since 2023. I will provide a screenshot showing that the reason I received a kick and a ban was because it was my first time joining an RP server.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I don’t have any prior experience as a staff member on a server
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I’m extremely proud of the documents I’ve written for the Research Department on the server, as that’s the main area I focus on. Recently, I received an ‘Excellent’ for my SCP-106 document, and my first ever ‘Excellent’ was awarded for my SCP-099 and SCP-294 documents.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I’ve always wanted to be a staff member on a server. I enjoy helping others and aim to create the best possible experience for players. I also want to support people in their roleplay, ensuring they stay immersed and get the most enjoyment out of it.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I don’t feel there’s much I would improve about the staff team, as I think it’s already excellent. I can’t say how I’d make changes since I haven’t had direct experience as staff on this server, and I haven’t encountered any staff-related issues for quite some time. When I did interact with staff, they were extremely polite, attentive, and fair, never taking sides.
