How many hours can you be on everyday: 5-7 Hours on weekdays, 7-8 on Weekends
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No I do not
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: As a member of the Internal Security Department I take immense pride in achieving the rank of commissioner. I truly love ISD and have worked very hard on getting to where I am now from my past self. I am very proud of this fact.
Why would you like to become a staff member: It is satisfying being able to bring a situation down from a clear rule break and an argument to a simple agreement. I work very hard on the server but its still all too common for someone to break the rules. Rule breaks are horrible for RP, that's the reason we have rules. My goal would be to keep these rule breaks to a minimum and advancing in the staff team would help with this a ton.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would probably try and improve how many people apply for staff. I think currently people believe that if they have a 6 month old warn or two that they would instantly be shot down if they applied for staff. To help with this I would suggest advertising staff as more of a friendly community that works together to help the server instead of being some kind of army that destroys anyone with rule breaks!
