Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 2 warnings one for NRP and one for Fail RP Fail RP cause i shot someone in a sniper tower and then NRP i don't remember why pretty sure it was from MRP
How many hours can you be on everyday: 3 to 4 hours a day due to being a college student (currently doing my FMP)
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes I used to be staff in MRP a While ago I don't believe I made it far (only Trial mod) due to me having to leave as my IRL work load with college and everything got to much)
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One achievement I’m particularly proud of in-game is reaching the rank of OSA. This role carries a significant amount of responsibility, and being trusted with it motivated me to consistently perform at a high standard.
I’m also proud of the roleplay I’ve contributed. I’ve worked on building meaningful in-character relationships, handling reports professionally, and maintaining strong interactions that enhance the experience for others. Overall, achieving OSA and the roleplay I’ve developed alongside it are accomplishments that reflect my dedication and growth within the community while also being able to Joke around with People to help people Enjoy their time
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because I genuinely enjoy the server and want to help it grow. I want to contribute towards making the environment more enjoyable and welcoming for everyone who plays. My time on MRP, whether as staff or as a player, has made me appreciate the community we have built, and seeing it expand further with the SCP server has only strengthened that.
Being part of both sides staff and player has given me a broader perspective on how important fairness, structure, and positive interaction are. I would like to continue supporting the server’s growth and help maintain the quality that makes this community enjoyable to be part of.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something within the staff team, it would be response times for tickets. This is in no way a complaint about the current team, as I understand staff can be busy and balancing multiple responsibilities. However, I believe I could help contribute by ensuring tickets are prioritised efficiently and handled as promptly as possible.
If accepted, I would make it a priority to place player reports and active situations above my own roleplay when necessary. By staying attentive to tickets and responding quickly, I would aim to reduce waiting times and improve the overall experience for players who require assistance. Even small improvements in response time can make a big difference in how supported the community feels.
