How many hours can you be on everyday: 6-9pm most days, maybe more on the weekends unless i am going out or to the gym as i do most weekends.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, whilst it was some time ago, in mid-2025, I was an MRP TGM. I worked on a variety of events, including my own map change event, which, to my recollection, was the last before MRP was shut down. Aside from that, I do not have any other previous staff roles.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Firstly, gaining the rank of Site Advisor. I was a Site Advisor in the past; however, I resigned in what I would call a very poor decision based on my poor judgment. With that in mind, I never thought I would be able to get SA again; however, I was given a chance by all the SA members and Brum, which I have taken gladly and will not waste. Also, ECA is a role that led me to meet a lot of great people and have a lot of fun, which I achieved again and have used to create fun and enjoyable RP whilst continuing the work that made me first apply for ECA to help encourage more people to apply for ECA and to be able to gain the opportunity I had.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I firstly want to help others have the most enjoyable RP experience possible. For me, being a staff member is a role that allows for me first to make this community a fun and enjoyable one whilst also keeping it safe from people who want to cause harm, and for those who do cause harm, Staff members have the duty of dealing with them in the most Suitable manner.
When it comes to making more enjoyable RP as Staff later on, you have the possibility of possibly joining a core team, such as the Event team, which personally would also allow me to have a more beneficial impact on RP, just like Kaneki has been doing recently with his Lilly character. That's also had an impact on me wanting to apply for Staff.
I was a little stuck on whether I wanted to fully apply; however, I was given some good wisdom and support by Kaneki, which helped me make my decision.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Personally, I have not interacted with the staff team enough to make any observations, such as what areas need improvement. However,l really as staff the most crucial factor is clear and constant communication, which I would try and support and be an advocate for.
