Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I did some work as a moderator in a few servers even getting admin in one, most of the servers I moderated on peaking at around 120 players, mostly dark RP servers or MRP servers.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm proud of watching the SCP server grow to be honest, sounds stupid, but I really am, I've been playing on the SCP server for around 4 years and I've watched players come and go but the communities always stayed strong and positive and now I want to be apart of the reason it stays like that, I never really got high ranks on the server probably the highest rank being a Task force SGT but I've always tried to have a laugh with everyone and that's what I've loved about the community, they're always up for a laugh, so I'm proud that I've had the ability to make friends, enjoy myself and actually grow and mature with the community myself. I understand that my infractions may seem a bit over the top but I can promise you all that my rule breaking days are indeed over and were stupid mistakes with the most recent one simply being a misunderstanding but I really want to turn a page with this server and be a positive influence and enforce the rules.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I'd love to become a staff member to just give back to the Civil Networks community and become a helping hand, keeping the roleplay intact and the players happy, making sure there's no toxicity in the community and just ensuring that the server is a safe haven where players can just click on and actually enjoy themselves RPing without having to deal with someone ruining their experience. But I'd also love to be a just overall helping hand, I usually get on later hours and play around low pop hours and something I notice is rules tend to go out the window then and even simple requests don't get served, late night tryouts do happen after all, so I'd love to be able to be the staff member that's on to help during times of low population.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I'd try to get staff members to actually play during low pop, it's a bit of an ask but it could actually help out, it's actually something that inspired me to make this shot in the dark but other than that I think the staff do a pretty good job.
