Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: No

How many hours can you be on everyday: I can do around 3-4 hours daily

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was a senior moderator here in 2023-2024 but had to resign due to time constraints.
I was also an Administrator on an Unturned RP server, though I cant remember much.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I would say I am quite proud with my achievements in GSD about 2 or 3 years ago when I was Chief. I think I made quite a good and tightknit community that would always help its members. I also managed to achieve this when I was basically 14 which is quite crazy in my opinion.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I wish to become a staff member because I want to help the community. I have experienced first hand how rule breaking can ruin roleplay and if there is no response to it may give someone a bad impression about the server, so I want to make sure none of that happens. I also really enjoyed my time previously as a Senior Moderator and would like to support the wonderfull staff team once more with my experience and knowledge as a former staff member.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would say that the thing that may need improving is response time, I had a few situations where response to a ticket was quite slow which was rather annoying even when such situations happen rarely. I think that simple reminders about being attentive while on duty may be enough to solve this issue.
