Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why:

(EXPIRED)
One ban for MRDM (2 weeks) back way at the start of the year. I really regret this and I was rather new to the server at the time. It was during a riot where everyone got knives, I got stabbed so I stabbed back and got really confused. I was being stupid and I really regret this one.

(EXPIRED) One warn for RDM which I regret a lot, but I have a clip which somewhat justifies this being a verbal warning instead, which I didn't show the moderator at the time. An MC&D was talking about SCP-008 when I was an E11 SPC and then d-class overheard and asked what it was. A friend (at the time) who was also an E11 SPC jumped into d-block, with me about 10s later jumping in and joining him in shooting 2 d-class who were talking about it. He killed the first d-class, I got launched off the d-block railings to the showers, then we ended up accidentally killing a d-class TB, who was not able to be refunded at the time due to no d-class TB refund existing. The other person was let of with a verbal warning whilst I was given an actual one, likely because I dealt the most damage to the TB.

(EXPIRED) One warn for NLR on the same day as the RDM warn in which I also really regret. I had accidentally pointed my gun at an LT while at primary HCZ checkpoint whilst I was doing something in externals. I had done nothing wrong and had no bad intent, but then that "friend" from earlier decided to shoot me. I took it as a harmless joke and returned then got a bit annoyed at him. (I dont remember details on it)

How many hours can you be on everyday: Some days I will be on 3 hours, some days I may be on up to 9 hours.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have never had experience in other Garry's Mod servers or around the CN community at all.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One of the moments that I am most proud of is when I was playing as a senior researcher and I decided I would have a bit of fun, so I gathered some other people like techies, chefs and an IA agent to help me out. We sampled human blood then made in into a sort of pentagram, then with a GM's help, we had a decal on the floor and summoned a demon (the pac3 was really cool). The GM that helped me at the time with this "community run event" was Kake, aka Bomba / Oud.

Another example is how I love to bring roleplay to less roleplay used jobs, such as CI, with interrogation roleplay and doing surgeries on people, such as when I took an ECA's kidney when he was captured, joining the dedicated CI surgery unit too whilst I was at it. I plan to do another roleplay situation with this sometime by blackmailing Ethics or the assistant in secret or just selling it back to them.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I would love to become a staff member because I truly enjoy the civil networks community and I feel I could really help out the community by being a staff member. I have always been able to follow most rules and have enjoyed helping people out in the past and in real life too.

I enjoy upholding server rules and would like to put some of my skills to use. I am great at problem solving and documentation especially and am quick to respond to dms on discord, questions on ts and I feel I could overall help out the community in many ways.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If it were up to me, I would really like to try and encourage keeping more actions in character, as a pose to making an RDA sit because you disagree with your arrest by ISD. I personally feel that the server has become rather "ruleplay" in the past few months and I want to work towards changing that as a focus. Obviously I will still enforce rules and keep roleplay fair, but I do want to encourage change in people rather than just instantly banning or warning them, especially if they are new and have shown to be interested in promoting good, genuine roleplay within the server or their department.
