I also made another application some time ago but I withdrawed it since I didnt feel confident at my activity then
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have not received any bans, but I have received 2 warnings both over a year ago when I first started playing
First was for NLR, I backspawned when I was in Nu-7.
The second was for breaking FearRP, I broke out of cuffs under gunpoint
How many hours can you be on everyday: On weekdays around 2-5 hours a day due to my studies. When I don't have school I can be on for longer. (4-7h)
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do. I have been a staff member in this community twice before. I was a senior moderator in MRP and also a Moderator in SCP-RP.
I have also been part of a staff team in a small community 2 years ago where I worked as a small developer. I also have plenty of staff experience in minor darkrp servers in Gmod. I have mainly worked as a moderator in these RP servers and have only had experience up to that point.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: There is much I could be proud about honestly. Of course I can be proud that I have reached certain ranks and positions that some people might consider great. But I think the thing im most proud of is the fact that I have gotten a lot better at communicating and speaking with others, this has been something that I've struggled with before.
Why would you like to become a staff member: There are plenty of reasons to why I'd like to become a staff member again. Firstly I'd like to start with getting to know the community better again, there are lots of new people that I'd like to get to know better. Being a staff member could help me do this.
Of course I also want to help this community and server my own way and I really enjoy being a staff member and its duties. I've grown very attached to this server and community again and I feel like the staff team would be a great place for me.
Lastly, I want everyone to be treated fairly and that is something I can contribute to much better if I was a staff member.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Tough question, but I will have to go with the newbie-friendliness. I feel like this server can be hard to get into for someone who isn't really familiar with the concepts. So I'd like that the staff team dedicates more time into guiding and advicing these players if they for example call a sit or have breaken rules.
