Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: No

How many hours can you be on everyday: Shift worker so varies - On average I would be able to dedicate 4 - 6 hours

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have been playing GMod for over a decade and since that time I have been able to dedicate 2700 hours of playtime, this have been able to provide myself with a strong understanding of the game's mechanics, systems and generalised functionality.

Between 2017 and 2018, I was part of a Dark RP community known as City RP, within this community I held the position of Head Administrator, this server maintained and average player base of 32 consecutive players. Within this role I was responsible for the generalised overseeing of staff management, handling documentation brought towards myself and human resource duties - additionally with supervising in-game staff, training and teaching new staff how to succeed - this experience itself allowed myself to develop strong leadership, organisation skills and conflict resolution skills.

Additionally, most of my hours are dedicated to SWRP and CWRP specifically, I have been staff on numerous servers throughout that time, most recently I was a Moderator in a British CWRP server known as 'Age of the Republic', similar to my DarkRP staffing experience my responsibilities included ensuring players adhered to server rules, resolving disputes and maintaining a fair but enjoyable environment. While rules vary for genre to genre, I am highly familiar with enforcing the required standards in different settings.

Outside of GMod, I have been staff in FiveM Communities, these communities being PCRP and London Policing, utilising different staffing menu's and systems which has allowed myself to have a better understanding on how different systems work in comparison to each other and how I am able to adapt from software to software. Staffing side of FiveM is similar to GMod in regards to the rules - which I was able to accurately identify suspicious behaviour and respond efficiently to any rule violations which have either been reported or I have noted.

Overall, my experience across multiple platforms as a staff member has strengthened my ability to remain observant, professional, and proactive while on duty. I believe these skills would allow me to contribute positively and effectively to CN SCP-RP as a member of the staff team.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Achieving a position with MTF Nu-7 and completing the required licenses to allow myself to move up the ranks within Nu-7.

Why would you like to become a staff member: I have been in the community for 4 years and I have applied in the past and been unsuccessful in regards to my presence in game, after 4 years and my involvement in different departments, I believe that I now meet this.

Furthermore, I would like to become a staff member as I believe I have the experience and knowledge of the rules to be able to assist players in the community, respond to tickets that are raised and make a positive environment for CN. I would like to use experiences I have learnt over the 4 years on the server and general thousands of hours on GMod to provide a proactive response to any issues that arise and for any general support that players might have.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: While this gets mentioned in majority of applications, mainly would just be response time to tickets, the only way this could be possible is having more staff, resulting in more staff activity, ultimately resulting in faster ticket response times.
