Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes, I have two warnings. The first was on May 11, 2026, for Inapp. Conduct. I was new to the server and still figuring out the rules. I definitely learned from it and haven't repeated the mistake.
The second was on June 26, 2026, for FailRP. I used Tear Gas on CI because I was previously told it was allowed. I didn't know the rule had been changed to balance things out. Once I found out, I owned up to it and made a public apology to CI.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 4-5 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I've got experience as both a Community Manager and a Moderator on other servers. Most of my time was spent helping players out with whatever they needed. On the moderation side, I'm well used to dealing with people who RDM or just do everything under the sun to ruin the game for others.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm definitely proud of earning my Captain rank in GSD. I also got to host my first training today, which went really smoothly and was a great experience.
Why would you like to become a staff member: The main reason I want to be a Staff Member is to give back to the community. I love helping players out, and I don't really believe in instantly punishing people for minor rule breaks, assuming they don't have a bad history. I prefer to tell them what went wrong and see if they can fix it. Besides that, I just want to be available to answer questions and help people understand the game.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I'd want to focus a bit more on helping players understand their mistakes. The staff does good work, but I think we could always do more to explain exactly where someone went wrong rather than just handing out a punishment. I would do this by just taking a little extra time to chat with a player when they break a minor rule, so they actually learn from it instead of just getting frustrated.
