Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received 5 warnings but all of them are outdated. 2 for RDM (one is from 05/10/22 and the other one is 29/06/23) 2 for failrp (07/10/22 and 14/01/23) and last for failrp (9/11/22). I do not remember any of the reasons why I have been given them.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Atleast 2-4 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do not have any experience as a staff member
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud to say that I have achieved many RP scenarios, especially being in CI: I have done many Torture RPs and partook in serious RP. I have contributed to many events that have taken which allowed RP to partake to an extent that allows everyone to enjoy.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because I have enjoyed my time in the community and I think there is more to it that I can contribute for it to be fun and rewarding. I am eager to help people who do not understand rules or do not have the experience that struggle in the community. Furthermore, I am keen to support players with addressing issues like rule violations. I think this is best opportunity to understand how the server works and to interact with others in the community.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think I would be an great fit for the role as I can handle situations with seriousness and fairness. I know the importance of not allowing emotions decide on my decisions. I am confident in my skills, independence and self-control, but I will know when to look for assistance from other staff for help to ensure that issues are effectively executed. I want to make the server fun for everyone and ensure that staff is always available to sort the issue with ease. I aim to build trust in the community to feel welcomed and I want to make a safe environment for people when relying on me to handle situations.
