How many hours can you be on everyday: Atleast 2-4 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Well I was a TM in this community learning how various systems work, however, I was only staff for 1 day so I have some kind of experience.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud to get the rank of MCOM, and previously becoming NCOs in E11 and Nu7 which allowed me to adapt to how MTF are like and how their RP goes on like torture RP, SCP RP. I have been in many RP events including in research events, etc.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because I think there is more to it that I can contribute for it to be fun and rewarding. I am eager to help people who do not understand rules or have the lack of experience that struggle in the community, help players who are new in RP and help them built it up. Furthermore, I am keen to support players with issues like rule violations and addressing the wrongs in the current RP. I think this is best opportunity to understand how the server works and to interact with others in the community.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think I would be an great fit for the role as I can handle situations with seriousness and fairness. I know the importance of not executing the sit in emotions which would decide on my decision. I am confident in my skills, independence and self-control, but I will know when to look for support in critical decisions from other staff to ensure that issues are effectively executed in fairness. I want to make the server fun for everyone and ensure that staff is always accessible to sort the issue with no difficulty. For improvements, I want to show that there is no bias between different factions and give everyone a fair conduct on the treatment that they would get, make sure that there is a safe environment for individuals.
