Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have been staff on many Ark servers, in many of these servers we had many people who played everyday and as staff we had to deal with many things from people braking rules to people asking questions about the game and how it works, When I had to deal with these situations I always found it makes me happy to help the people that need it. I also owned a few servers of my own where I also had to do most the work as you cant find many descent admins on ark that care about the community.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: In Civil networks I have a few thing I'm proud of such as Getting DELCOM, ECA, NU7 LT & also the mates I've made from my over 1000 hours playing on here.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I have done a little of everything on here and want to also try being a mod as I have been staff may times before but never on G mod so I want to give it a go although I've been told its hard work I'm ready to do that hard work.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would Strongly encourage that when a new mod or even a member of staff that is not very new makes a mistake they are not yelled at but instead told that yes they did something wrong but this is how you improve and what to do if you find yourself in this situation in the future because everyone makes mistakes but what you do after those mistakes are what matters.
