How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-5 hours; at a minimum after 7pm but may be later, full-time work during the day time
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I have previous ran smaller GMOD communities, staffed previous communites both as a Moderator and as a Developer upholding their ruleset/developing a ruleset with fair punishement for rulebreakers. I am an active senior developer of a major artists Discord, which at times requires me to perform staff duties when no other staff member is active to resolve ongoing high tension situations, their is a very real element to the above with major real-world impact without being handled correctly.
I've, ran, staffed and supported various Minecraft servers previously of various sizings, all with different but similar rule-sets and focusing on improving experience with minimal staff interaction, only neccessary interaction.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: My proudest moment so far was joining in on the largest group I've seen for the Riot Control License (12 members I believe), and being one of two to actually make it through the license, also gaining my ISD Access to be able to take part with ISD.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to be a staff member to help out, I'm often on during the midnight hours where a lot of situations are left unresolved, being able to jump on perform duties on often uncovered hours will be a key for me, making sure others get to experience the level of RP they want to, without things turning sour of situations being unresolved.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: There isn't anything I would change as of present, my experience with the staff members on duty at times when I've required staff has been fantastic, quick resolutions and support without interaction into my RP Experience. As explained in the above, I'm looking to join to help fill out those later hours of uncovered time.
