Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have only 1 warning and it was for inappropriate Conduct, i was a dclass and i got a grenade and threw it in the gensec area and yelled allahu akbar, i thought it was funny and to have people to have fun, but i realized it was a horrible action and i was remorseful and apologized for it.
How many hours can you be on everyday: I can be on 5-7 hours everyday depending on what happens, but weekends i can play the most
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes i have been staff multiple times throughout the years in a lot of communities, but i also have been a Civilnetworks MRP moderator before the server got shut down.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I have done many things i could had been proud of ingame, like how i gotten into UNGOC, or how i can make people laugh, its something i really take pride of to see other people having fun in the game, i also managed to make many friends.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I wish to become a staff member to make sure that all rules within the server are being followed and respected, I would like to help with the staffing in the community so the rule breakings happen less frequently, It helps me and others learn about how to play and have a good understanding on the rules, I just want people to enjoy the game and have the best experience the server can offer, I would help with the staffing so the ticket times are shortened and to make sure everyone is satisfied with the results of my help. Since i have finally had more time to play i will have much more time to dedicate myself as a staff member.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: There is many things that always can be improved, like communication, ticket times, understanding of the rules, i would help that people should not be afraid to request for our help as staff members, i would also gladly answer any questions or concerns that regards the community to ensure everyone has a fun time.
