Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I was a GOC main and I'm very grateful to have gotten up to the rank of Lieutenant. With this rank I was able to bring peace between GOC and CI. This is also the highest rank I have ever gotten and I'm very proud of myself that I was able to do it.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to progress in the community. I have been playing for a year now (I took a break during winter and spring) and overall I just want to help. Whenever I play I have enjoyed it, I haven't had many negative interactions with anybody and I decided that I want to help out. I have never been a moderator and honestly I really want to try it out and like I said; progress within the server. I understand that this is a big step but I want to see how far I can go within the server.
Additionally I'm looking to help out players. Ever since I joined I have noticed that people get really annoyed when someone breaks the rules, people say "its a game, calm down" you're right it is. But I don't want people ruining the experience so I think me joining the staff team can really help out. Of course as well I have never been staff so I will have to learn but I'm willing to do it.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I'm not sure if the staff team need much improvement. From what I have seen all the staff are working their hardest to keep the server enjoyable, fair and overall amazing. The things that I could bring to the table are possibly making sure that we keep bias away at all times. I've noticed a few times that some sits are dealt with in an odd way. I wouldn't say its total bias but that's just part of the human brain. So as a player who has dealt with these kinds of things I want to make sure it doesn't happen again
