How many hours can you be on everyday: Depends on a day, but usually when I play I stick around for 4-8 hours, less on weekends due to my work schedule.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was staff on many Polish Garry's Mod servers (TTT, CB, DarkRP). Outside of Garry's Mod, I was a moderator up to an admin role on various Polish and then English SCP Secret Laboratory servers and even more Minecraft servers with player count above 100.
I am the owner of many Discord servers for friends and different communities, so there will not be a problem with lack of knowledge about the main Civil Networks communicator.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am the most proud of achieving Director of Research back in the day; the amount of time, documents, and dedication I gave to upholding this role was definitely one of the most satisfying and energising things that I felt during my time in the community.
My involvement with the research department back then was outside of this world—constantly planning new experiments, interdepartmental projects, and getting involved in Clearance Level 5 storylines most of the time was something that brings me joy to this day.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I thought about becoming a staff member for quite some time now; I have finally decided to reapply after 2 years since my last application. I wish to help the team with their tasks and progress further in this direction rather than chasing Clearance Level 5 roles again. I also believe that due to my experience with the community and various high-level roles I held, my expertise could be a valuable asset during meetings regarding the all-in-all server and player base state.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: The only real issue I and a lot of other players have seen is the severe lack of communication inside the staff team and between them and players—I witnessed multiple times where the player base was shocked/not informed about certain things related to staff/rules/rulings and overall server changes.
I would try to improve that by encouraging staff to talk more between themselves (no matter the rank), simply to pass on information from one to another so everyone can be educated and will acknowledge if anything changes.
