Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, i used to be a TM on A CWRP, i took sits, and was very professional, i warned and helped people in need.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud that i achieved a much better reputation for myself, I am not the old 'ghost' but the new and improved, i showed good work in the GSD team, as i am now a proud SR CPT.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to be a staff member on this server, to help those in need. I also want to show i am capable for this position. In the past i showed a bad image for everyone. But now i have grown and have shown maturity. I had no bad interactions with the ones i RP with. I want to show you guys, and myself that i did grow. This is why you guys should give me a chance, if i get accepted ofcourse! I've been playing for over 2 years now, and i am hitting the 3 year mark in december. I've showed my bad sides, but i am showing the greates side of me. I would love to help the staff team, and make sure to let the staff team grow. Thank you for your time.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: To improve the staff team, I will focus on these key areas:
Communication – Use discord for real-time updates, clear protocols, and a ticket system for player reports.
Defined Roles – Assign specific duties (e.g., Event Manager, Moderator) and train staff on commands and rules.
Player Interaction – Be approachable, explain decisions, and host Q&A sessions to build trust.
Team Morale – Recognize efforts and host staff-only events to boost teamwork.
This ensures smoother operations, happier players, and a stronger team!
