1 RDM Warn that came out of a misunderstanding with a CU , where I was told the Containment Unit was told to leave heavy by a LCPL During a Lockdown of HCZ (Which he apparently wasn't) and I killed him when he ran back into HCZ

~4-5 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community:
Yes , as said in the application before
I was a Mod for a short time on a DarkRP server (The server died within a month of its startup)
I can't say a contributed much to the server during its short Lifespan,
But I learned the basics of Moderating a Gmod server , and learned how to deal with bottom of the barrel of the Gmod playerbase (High toxicity , just being there to minge)
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game:
One of my current main goals on this server is to try every nook and cranny that this server offers (and my final goal is to eventually (maybe in my dreams) to get to a CL5 role)
This had its start with E-11 where I truly fell in love with this server & community (shout out to my other E-11 COs) and have achieved my first CL4 role
Why would you like to become a staff member:
As I said before I really like this server and would love to help both facilitate and Provide Unforgettable Rp experiences ( I first wanted to do it by joining the GM team but all slots were taken before ;P)
This server has been really welcoming place to me and I would like to spread this positivity along
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so:
2 Main things :
- How unpunishable staff members can feel at times , a person shouldn't be forced to spend up to 10 mins on a external forum post for a simple rulebreak made by a staff member that could be solved using the InGame ticket system ( There may be a good reason for why that is , i just don't know about it)
- Staff should lead players in the way of roleplay not just 'mediate it' not of course in the same way that GMs do , but they should never just respond 'Find out IC'/'IC issue ' those responses feel annoying to the player , a more appropriate move would be a reasonable push in the direction that could lead to a player to finding out about it themself
