How many hours can you be on everyday: At least 5 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I used to mod on a Turkish SCP Secret Lab server back then. Main job was taking player tickets, dealing with RDM or FailRP complaints, and keeping player arguments under control. It gave me solid experience with running sits, staying neutral during disputes, and handling rulebreakers calmly.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Reaching Senior Researcher and helping out new players on the server. I spend a lot of my time taking Junior Researchers along for tests, walking them through containment protocols, and basically showing them around so they get used to proper RP.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I play here regularly and just want to help keep the server clean. Tickets usually start piling up during peak hours or late at night when staff is low, and players end up waiting for a long time. I want to jump in, clear those tickets quickly, and make sure rulebreakers don't ruin the experience for everyone else.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Ticket response times, especially late at night. Also keeping sits straight to the point. When pulling someone into a sit, explaining what they did wrong immediately without beating around the bush helps resolve issues much faster without getting into pointless arguments.
