Also within this job as a admin I had to run my own team which mean I had to apply my managerial skills to the job.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Achieving ISD recognition and being able to do operations happily with my superiors being proud of my achievements and that promotions are in the near future!
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would love to bring my skills to the server especially since I'm a very active player since I joined, being on every single day and putting lots of hours into my work, making new connections and friends whilst I work and most definitely pushing my role-play further in it.
With me playing ISD I basically enforce rules which is similar to staff, which may be helpful towards improving my own skills of this SCP site, making me more valuable to the team than other applicants may be when applying.
I also would love to be able to help out the team that run the server on UK primarily or US if it's needed and I'm available as making sure that players have a smooth and exciting experience with no bumps is the best strategy as a staff member as it not only bring the reputation of me as a staff member up but reflects it to the whole staff team so that players feel like we can do our jobs properly and yet still have a great time!
I would love to also be able to improve myself and push my way up the COC to be able to assist with more critical issues outside of my boundaries and permissions granted.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Due to me being a bubbly person who spends most of their time online, I feel like I would be able to bring that personality and make the staff team even more fun and making sure the morality of the team is up all the time. I also would love to provide my strict non bias persona to the team, so that all sits are done with the best proficiency as possible, and that a fair outcome for both sides of the argument is provided.
I would love to even maybe do events with the staff team on the sites so they can have fun role-playing all the time too when they aren't doing their staff duties so they don't get "burnt out" as staff being bored and upset is the worst thing a staff team can have.
