Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: became dea / isd very proud and am very professional in server and dont mess about enymore and have top tier roleplay
Why would you like to become a staff member: I’d also like to become a staff member because I really enjoy being part of the community and I want to help make it a better place for everyone. I like helping people when they have questions or problems, and I feel like I’d be able to handle situations calmly and fairly. I’m also active and willing to put time into helping out whenever needed
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something on the staff team Id probably say communication Sometimes things can get a bit confusing or people dont always know what’s going on, which can lead to misunderstandings I think having better communication between staff members and the community would help a lot. I’d do this by making sure staff are more active with updates, listening to people’s opinions more, and working together better as a team. That way everything would feel more organised and fair for everyone then people dont feel left out
