Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have gotten one ban for "Innapropriate Conduct -Harold" that was at first for a few weeks, then got turned into a permaban that fought for over a year and got unbanned.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 3
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have been staff in many Fivem servers but only one Gmod server
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud of receiving the containment team achievement, grinding combat up to level 13, research up to level 8, and total level up to level 25, as well as finally learning how to create documents and upload them.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to work as a staff member since I really love helping other people and making our community a better place. It would be great to help players avoid making some mistakes which may seem regrettable after. It is very important for me to improve the roleplaying atmosphere, and I will try to do everything possible in order to do so.
Another motivation for applying for this position is to deal with trolls and people who spoil fun for others in some way. While I am very interested in receiving the bonuses that working in a staff brings, my main motivation to apply for this position comes from me liking to help people in any way i can.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I honestly do not know, but I would say that the server could use some more staff during active hours, sometimes I see one to no staff when I or somebody else needs one.
