Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have gotten one ban for "Innapropriate Conduct -Harold" that was at first for a few weeks, then got turned into a permaban that fought for over a year and got unbanned.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 4
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have been staff in many Fivem servers but only one Gmod server
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud of receiving the containment team achievement, grinding combat up to level 14, research up to level 9, and total level up to level 27, as well as finally learning how to create documents and upload them. Im also that I feel confident in what I do and make shure that I dont mess anything up.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become part of the staff because I simply like helping others out and I feel that I could contribute to the server in making a nice and welcoming community, I believe I could also help players by telling them off from doing something they will come to regret, and by offering my help when it is needed.
As part of all this, I also feel that we can continue to improve roleplay for the better, and do everything I can to improve the server experience, and the community also as one part of that. Another reason why I am applying is so that I could help stop trolling and such activities.
Even though I'd admit I like the advantages that I will receive by being part of staff, I feel that I could be of a bigger contribution by help with others when and how ever they need it.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I am not 100% positive about this one however I feel the server needs to be staffed better during when the players are most active. On numerous occasions myself and other players needed help from staff and there was only one staff member online (or no staff member on at all) with there being 2+ staff members online it would help in situations where players needed support, players would get supported faster,
