How many hours can you be on everyday: 2-5 on most days, weekends and such can be upwards of 12 hours
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Not in GMod.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Learning to make chemicals, it took a while to understand. I even made a diagram to help me on a path to make a liter or more of Class E.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I think it's a generally nice opportunity, allowing me to help the community that has kept me on GMod for a fair amount of time.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I think a more clear way to complain about staff judgement could be a great benefit, likely with a dedicated ticket on discord for it. Every two or so conversations I have with people form the server includes some form of complaint. I personally have had no such problem.
