Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have 24 warnings:
Most of them are for Failrp but I have 1 for Racism and a few for Mass RDM.
Most of these are from 2023 and 2024 and my most recent one is from July 2025.
I know I have many warnings but since then I am not longer the same, I have been trying and still trying to change and become a better person, that's why I am applying for staff.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 5 hours a day, if I have more time then I can be on for more.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No I do not have any staff experience.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I do not have that big of achievements on this server, even though I have been playing since 2023 the highest rank I ever got was in E-11 as a SGT. I know for some of you it's not much but for me it's progress.
Since 2023 I have been playing a lot but I took some breaks from the server but I still have experience and I know the rules pretty well.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to better myself and improve withing this community.
As I stated above, I have a lot of warnings from 2023 and 2024 that I am not proud of and I got blacklisted from 2 regiments. Since my return I have been trying to repair what have been damaged, I managed to get unblacklisted from the said regiments which are E-11 and NU-7. Now I am a CPL in E-11.
I'm sure there are still some people who remember me when I played in 2023 and 2024 who do not have a good opinion about me and I do not blame them and I want to apologize to everyone that I offended during those times.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: During staff sits I would talk to the players like I am one of them. What I mean is, treat them with respect like everybody else. Respect and you will be respected.
At the end of the day, It's a videogame not a full time job and staff members are also players like everybody else.
I know how it is when an arrogant staff member pulls you in a sit and barely gives you information on what you did and instantly warns/bans you.
If I get accepted I would try my best to improve within this community.
