Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have one warning, the warning is 'Congratulations, you are not allowed to fire this weapon!' ( over 2 moths ago, and at the time, I didnt know what a Davy Crockett was! )
How many hours can you be on everyday: ~3 hours on week days, 4-7 hours on weekends
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I used to be a Sr. moderator on another server. I also was the Server Manager of a DIFFERENT server and owned my own server at one time. I always strived to be one of the best. I had staff of the week numerous times, and one week had 200+ sits, making me the highest sit count in a week for that server until its death.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am very proud of reaching Medical Consultant, I worked very hard on achieving Consultant, and devoted a lot of time & RP into reaching it. I am also very proud of the amount of trainings I've done for medical licenses & Combat Medics. I feel this determination shows how, not only in medical, but how determined I am as a person.
Why would you like to become a staff member: First, I want to assist the Civil Networks community in any way possible. I feel one of the best ways to do so is to become a member of the staff team. The reason why? I am able to be on during the most active hours of the server, and when the server isn't so active, too. Secondly, I am 6 hours BEHIND the standard time the server is set to ( CST ) meaning I can take midnight & 1:00 AM sits while still having a fair and just judgment, because it would only be about 7:00 PM for me. Thirdly, I also want to remove assist rulebreakers in becoming better players & roleplayers, and overall to help them achieve any goals they may have on the server. Finally, I have helped people get on the right path before OOC'ly ( I've helped many different types of people in many different ways OOC'ly ).
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so:
I would focus on assisting players in OOC, as I see a lot of players ask questions / need help and not know what to do because a lot of the time OOC is overlooked. I have seen quite a few people ask for links to the forums, discord, the IP to the Teamspeak, and many other questions that went unanswered. I will answer whatever questions people may have to the best of my ability, or get someone who may be able to answer their questions.
