Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I held the rank of GameMaster on the Event Team in 2025 and early 2026 before I left the server and had a break. In this role, I hosted multiple events, roleplay situations, RP enhancements and assisted with others in their events regularly also.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Personally, my most valued achievement is definitely getting to the rank of DEA Director, where I excelled din that position and lead to getting a community award for the best director within that year (2025). This was a major achievement for myself and something I am very proud of, to be able to see that my hard work paid off and was recognised. As well as, getting to the rank of Site Manager where I made unforgettable memories and friends.
Why would you like to become a staff member: After returning back to the server, a 4 month break, I now feel re-motivated and fresh to fully get back into the server once again. I have been thinking about roles I could go for which I haven't held before that suit my type of engagement, just to try something new and expand my experience across CN. When evaluating this, going for Staff as a Moderator was my top decision. Also, I just genuinely want to help out on the server wherever I can.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: - Within Low pop hours, there is usually no staff online, which is totally fair enough (not asking staff to run a 24/7 shift of course) however, having someone (when available) as myself to be on during then could stop the crazy things that happen during these times. There is always quite a few rule breaks at these times and due to no staff presence, people just end up going off which really kills the already miserable mood during low pop hours.
- Ultimately, I feel the staff team is very well coordinated team and do a very good job at keeping this server in it's stead. Therefore, when trying to think of improvements, without being in staff already, it is a rather hard thing to do.
