How many hours can you be on everyday: Depends as I am going back to uni but most likely 4h/day when i get back to uni otherwise for now 6h-8h
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, not on roleplay server though, I have been a super administrator on a discord community server of approximately 80k members where I had to manage a team of admins and handle the moderation team of a specific group of channels etc... But a part from that I do not have any other staff member experience that is related to gmod
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am very proud of the current RP I am having on E-11 regarding a secret organization called the truthseekers about learning more on E11 COs and the way some have been using class F on some E-11. The reason I am proud of this is not only because it adds a lot of lore to my character but also because I have managed to get multiple people involved in this (mostly E11 members) but also SCP (079) and F3 (O5 and A1 but they still havent had a major role in itself). It is for me a good way to bring more roleplay to E-11 especially long term storyline rather than sitting at secondary. Overall the thing I am most proud of is my capacity to create roleplay and never stay passive.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I'd like to become a staff member to improve overall experience of the playerbase but also to understand the server better, after playing for a while I do believe I have a solid point of view of things that in my opinion could be improved on the server to make it more enjoyable overall. My main focus is roleplay and offering everyone the possibility to participate even to less experienced players and I think being a staff member could make this more possible by filtering negative attitudes and people actively ruinning the game experience from others, as someone that has had issues with some players for various reasons I do understand better than anyone else how toxic behavior can ruin the roleplay and I would like that to change. I believe having the possibility to become a staff member would also benefit my own roleplay as I would know about server rules/possibilities better.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One of the things I think should be improved is overall surface roleplay that in my opinion is lacking overall and there is not much chances given for surface players to rp (outside of events) which then leads to a full deconnection from facility (more combative vs more rp) and it does feel like the roleplay between the twos is often limited (even in between different surface regiments). I do believe the server also has a lot of 'soft toxicity' such as people making IC comments that can hide real ooc judgement especially regarding people with specific backgrounds (disabilities, minorities etc...) and that this should be managed because small comments stacking up can definitely disgust people from playing.
