Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I have previous experience as a staff member in several online communities. I have held various roles, including moderation and management positions, and have gained skills in community engagement, conflict resolution, and event organization. My experience has taught me how to maintain a positive and safe environment for members, enforce guidelines fairly, and support community growth. I’m also familiar with the technical aspects, such as managing bots and organizing channels in Discord. I enjoy working in a team and believe my background has prepared me well to contribute effectively as a staff member.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achieved in-game: Honestly? I'm proud to have become a Sergeant within GSD and moving up to captain soon. I have managed to achieve all my licenses apart from Armoured Vehicles. and also the respect of my peers around me.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because I enjoy helping others and want to make the server a fun and fair place for everyone. I love the SCP setting, and being a staff member would let me help keep things running smoothly, handle any issues, and make sure players have a great experience. I’m also excited to help new players get started and answer questions so they can enjoy the roleplay to its fullest. Overall, I want to support the community and make it the best it can be!
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something on the staff team, I’d focus on making communication even clearer and more efficient. Sometimes, quick and organized communication between staff members can make a big difference, especially during busy times or events. To improve this, I’d suggest setting up clear channels for staff discussions and using brief check-ins or summary messages to keep everyone on the same page. I’d also encourage a habit of sharing tips and insights within the team to help newer staff members learn faster. Overall, I think stronger communication would help us work together smoothly and respond to issues faster.
