Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I haven't had any warnings since March 14 2023 with no bans or kicks
however, I have been pulled into sits due to miscommunication and misunderstandings between me and the other party involved.
How many hours can you be on everyday: weekends I can get on for around 5 - 6 hrs Mondays - around about 3 - 4 hrs Wednesdays - Thursdays 4 - 5 hrs Fridays 3 - 4 hrs
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: yes, a little in the past during the relaunch of the dark RP server I was a trial moderator and
on my way to becoming a staff member however I had to leave due to university taking priority.
on another note I have also worked with staff quite a few times in the past 2 years such as creating rp with gamemasters and discussing things with SL in meetings as D.O.M., I have had experience with working with the civil team before.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achieved in-game: I have done quite a few things in the past 3 years on civil with the main thing being rebuilding medical
during its rough patch by creating new divisions, trainings, quizzes which help keep medical stable enough for when the Chems and Illnesses updates came out. furthermore, during this time, I had multiple meetings with Senior Civil Leadership about ways to improve medical for people and things that we can implement.
on a more recent note, I also helped design somethings for the revamped ISD Department creating the basic rules, tests, and quizzes to become an investigator and also designing an ISD arrest report template which inspires RP which quite a few agents still use. lastly, I have also started doing more surface RP being an Emergency Service DR and with the help of staff created some fun interactions on the surface.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to be a staff because I just find it fun to help people whether it's a small thing like asking a question, getting stuck between rocks on the surface, or dealing with disputes between players
I find it more fun when I can just help people so I like the idea of staff so I can new, old, or returning players get used to the changing environments on civil.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: honestly, I haven't had many issues with staff as most times sits get answered quickly and a lot of the staff I've met are fun and nice people and I'm on friendly terms with them. I think sometimes sits can be left alone due to it being low pop times or staff being busy and with my schedule being free allowing me to be on at low pop times and always ready to just help out I think I can
help out with those issues.
