How many hours can you be on everyday: I usually play around 2-4 hours per day
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No, this may be my first time as a staff member
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achieved in-game: I managed to show exceptional leadership and responsibility to be promoted to the rank of Sergeant in GSD, where I hope to progress further but also take part in more serious RP
Why would you like to become a staff member: I saw the recent announcement talking about how less people are making staff applications. So I wanted to step forward as I haven't been in a moderation position before. I have also seen one of my GSD Captains who was staff create a Pizza Party for GSD for RP, so I would love to do the same sort of thing.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: With my limited knowledge on how the staff team works, I would have to know a little more before I could answer a question like this. However, one problem which I know is hard to fix would be the low staff activity as it begins to get late around 10-11pm. Therefore leading to people who are breaking rules to get away with it. I'm not too sure how this can be dealt with as it is unreasonable for staff members to stay up late to monitor around 20-30 people when they have their own responsibilities. There is only really one reasonable way to deal with it which is shutting the server down between like 12pm - 10am however I know something like that won't be implemented
