Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: i have 1 warn for fearRP - i was breaking out of cuffs when there was more than 1 person pointing a gun at me but i never broke out of the cuffs and i stopped breaking out soon after
How many hours can you be on everyday: around 2 hours (mostly play like 5-6 hours during the weekend)
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: i was a moderator in many other communities including one Gmod server and also i was a moderator in many professional competitive e-sport leagues. most of the communities disbanded or i lost interest and quit my mod role but i am still currently a moderator in the [DELETED]
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: this might not count and its pretty silly but i made a fake work permit and i have a good laugh with almost everyone when i show it to them. its not a lot but its genially my most fun RP scenario to do.

Why would you like to become a staff member: cause i really like this server, i might not have as many hours or be as experienced as others but its a lot of fun to hop on and play around a bit
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: ive got no complaints so far. if i were to find anything i would be more than happy to suggest a better solution for any problem we might face.
