Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: Yes 11, all expired but the only 2 i remember was minor glitching as 079 when The HCZ update launched (his box was to close to the CC and i hacked myself out Afterwards i reported it) and failrp after i tried selling guns to d class as a MC&D salesmen not knowing d class couldnt buy guns in RP since they have no money
How many hours can you be on everyday: Early on if accepted 4-6 but i procrastinate so that would slow down to maybe 2-4 due to quick burn out
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: No
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: ive achieved E-11 CPT when previously my highest role before hand was IA ambassador.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would love to See how i am able to manage a staff role for future references in other communities, personally i love playing Civil networks from in RP to out of RP shenanigans, So applying for staff and helping in the community In other ways besides In character RP Would be a goal id like to surpass.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: Less verbal warnings and or bias to a faction, Alot of my time playing E-11 ive made countless sits on people but they get a verbal warning due to subconscious bias Since they are apart of that faction, from Teamings to meta gamings to RDM ive seen it all. and if i was to be apart of the staff team id love to get my voice out there and Make a change by being fair on all sides.
Also as a side note, im Playing on UK but im living in a USA timezone, But this will not impede my ability to play on low or high pop.
