Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/mB0BbnGUAZKZYP9H7?invite=cr-MSxWTDIsNDIzNDkyNDg2&v=2

RDM [A]:
It was my first time on D-Class team balance, and I headshotted someone without reason.

Job Abuse:
I switched to NU-7 Juggernaut while there was a CI that hadn’t been called out.

RDM [Ban]:
I was a Thaumaturge and materialized a gun to kill a CI, but this happened when I was very new to the server.

First FailRP Warn:
When I was a Thaumaturge, I ran toward someone with reflection on during a combat situation.

Second FailRP Warn:
I can’t remember what it was for, but I know my actions were unacceptable and deserved the warning.

Second Job Abuse:
After a CI raid, I switched to Techie to repair the compound. Once I finished, I swapped off the job, not realizing it was against the rules. I’ve since learned that it was a rule break.

Next RDM [Ban] and Normal RDM:
I can’t remember exactly what happened since it was about three months ago, but I haven’t received any RDM warnings since and have learned from it.

FailRP / Stacked Bans:
While playing as NU-7 CO late at night, I breached SCP-008 because I didn’t fully understand it at the time. My knowledge has improved since, and I haven’t been banned or gone near SCP-008 since then.

Next FailRP:
When I was 22415-3 during a breach, I pushed SCPs into Tesla gates, thinking it was allowed—it wasn’t. I’ve learned from that mistake.

Metabait Warn:
I was killed by GOC and mentioned it in OOC, not realizing it was wrong. Some players took my OOC message and treated it as IC information. I understand now that it was metabait, and I won’t do it again.

Next FailRP Warn:
I wasn’t thinking clearly—I had a candy cane in jail, and after it was confiscated, I took it back from my inventory. I was warned and then banned for stacked bans.

Mixing Warn:
I tried to kidnap a CI, and when he shot at us even though three of us had guns on him, I accidentally said in-game, “This is how CI get out of getting kidnapped.” I was warned for mixing.

How many hours can you be on everyday: around 5-6

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do not but I would like to learn

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Achieving nu7 MAJOR and being part of all the people in nu7

Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because I want to help people and prevent others from ruining the experience on the server. No one has fun when their time is spoiled by rule-breaking and other things.

I also understand that I have received multiple warnings in the past, but I have learned from those mistakes and grown since then. Having been part of the server for over 9 months, I want to use my experience to help enforce the rules and prevent others from making the same mistakes I did when I broke the server rules.

I am committed to taking on as many sits as possible and actively helping out around the server.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would like to improve the staff team by being active during later hours, ensuring that there are more staff members available. This will help prevent people from breaking major rules, such as damaging the server’s health, and ensure the server remains an enjoyable place for everyone.
