I have held a number of positions on different servers over my time on GMOD, mainly HL2RP servers, so this will be my first SCP-RP staff position (Provided you don't count my time as GM on this server)
I won't go into detail regarding my time as it'll just turn into yap, so as a summary to an already brief summary, the key things I've learned as a staff before are that, ultimately, your purpose as a staff is to find, the balance in which everyone is finding enjoyment on the server. Don't be so strict to others that you limit RP, and don't be so lenient that you allow people to ruin RP. Add this all together with a calm and respectful attitude, and it's easy to be a fine staff member.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm going to avoid saying the cheesy answer about in-game positions and actually go for the answer about my time as GM. I helped set up and worked with some really good people to create fun and interesting events, and while this was a fair amount of time ago, I'd still say I enjoyed my time as GM and am proud of what I achieved with the rest of the GM team.
One of the big pluses of this is simple, making events and RP that people enjoy is also enjoyable for me.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to eventually join the content team and assist as one of the voices who strive to improve this server in the aspects of RP.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: A focus on roleplay over ruleplay.
In other words, we should focus more on allowing players to have their own RP as long as it does not affect the enjoyment of other players and allow some minor issues to be dealt with IC. I think it's important that staff interrupt RP as little as possible and approach each situation with an open mind and flexibility.
