I have explained the warnings in my previous application, and nothing has changed about that. I have since learned from it and aim to avoid breaking server rules, even if it is accidental.
How many hours can you be on everyday: 3 is a safe bet, may do more on weekends.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I was a moderator on a DarkRP server 7 years ago, which lasted 3 months, when I resigned because of the state of the staff team.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Aside from what I'd already said in the previous application, I am happy to be an NCO in E-11 and aim to contribute to the regiment.
I forgot to mention that I've got a medal in Nu-7 because I wiped out a squad of 5-6 CI who attempted to kidnap the DoM. That was apparently a good catch.
Why would you like to become a staff member: To summarize what I've explained in the previous application, my attitude and conduct in the community were not up to standards, and to show that I can contribute to the life of the server, I wish to become staff and help people. I got denied the first time because of this. I hope my OOC attitude improved in the eyes of staff members and CL4. I also made peace with people I could reach and had conflict with.
My IRL work demands an attitude that is both empathetic to people but also doesn't refrain from stating the facts and exposing people to them so problems can be solved and so any matter can progress. It is expected of me to listen to people and act on what they tell me. I believe that through this I can bring a mindset that would help me in a moderator position, and the moderator position would also improve my social skills, which I could easily apply in return as well.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: As I've stated before, most of the beginner player base is left out of the RP opportunities that game masters and CL4 can provide if arranged correctly, as they have to find these options out by people from higher positions. The problem is that there are people who may have good intentions and want to RP but find it difficult to get into contact with the right people. I believe that this is the main factor of people minging, because most of them get bored. But they can also come up with goofy ideas that are more funny than annoying. I think if they are that creative to create scenarios that are interesting enough to react to them, they can also funnel it into a fun mini event or RP situation. To raise awareness of this, I'd help create relevant guides and "advertise" it through server/Discord announcements. RP is not something that is natural to everybody; you have to steer the people to the right way so they can take part and get involved.
