Why would you like to become a staff member: Because I want to help the players and ensure that RP is good, and make sure that nobody makes rulebooks and help new players get along well on the server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I can't say anything about that at the moment, as I've never been on that server team.
