How many hours can you be on everyday: 3 to 4 hours, as I work in real life.

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I have. I have been a staff member for many FiveM communities, such as Calsky, LEOrp, and so on. I believe most of those have gone down for many reasons, like funding, a lack of players, and so on.

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Something that I am proud of in-game would be learning about chemistry slowly. Don't get me wrong, it's cool and all, but holy, it is not an easy system, and the fact the fact that you need a whole document doesn't help on top of that.

Why would you like to become a staff member: The reason I would like to become a staff member is to help out. I can see that you require a little bit of staff, and I believe that is a very valid reason to actually apply for staff, and it's also worth a shot as it would be my first time actually applying for staff for a Garry's Mod server.

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I wouldn't be able to improve anything on the staff team until I reached the rank of SR Administrator, since that's when you actually have some worth over the staff team. I don't really believe that you need to improve anything on the staff team as of right now; if it's working, then it's working great and doesn't require any change, in my opinion.

I believe you need to spend a lot more time on the server before you apply for staff
Also after looking at your account you only have about 100 hours on Garry's mod

I would recommend playing the server more and really getting to know the people on the site while climbing the ranks as there is a lot to experience being a cl3 personnel, being apart of an MTF, being a cl4 member and the list goes on. All of the things that I mentioned are things that you should experience (maybe except being Cl4 as it's a big step for some) so that you might gain a common perspective that you share with others which is very much needed to be any type of staff member.
