Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I became a member of both ISD and Epsilon-11, and successfully obtained my Riot Control License.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I always make an effort to help new players understand the game—teaching them how to play, what to do, and how to improve. I usually do this during low-population hours, so why not do it more actively? By doing so, I can help bring more wonderful people into the community and get players truly hooked on this amazing game mode.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: After looking into it, I believe the staff team is already in a strong position overall. However, if there’s one area that could still be improved, it would be communication with players during ticket handling. Ensuring that staff members actively update users about the status of their ticket would prevent long waiting times—often 5 to 15 minutes without a response—and make the process feel smoother and more transparent. I’d focus on improving this internal communication flow to enhance player trust and satisfaction.
